A coaching plan to fit your unique needs.

For folks who want fully tailored 1:1 coaching, I recommend my Holistic Life coaching package. I actively listen to each client's goals and frustrations to create a unique plan tailored to help empower them to overcome obstacles and optimize wellness. Rather than focusing on a single component, I look at the person from a holistic perspective (body + mind + soul). The body does not live in a vacuum separate from the mind and soul. Working systematically, we can create real change together.

Typically, when Iā€™m starting out with a new personalized client (1:1 coaching), I recommend an 8-week program that includes:

  • 8, 60-minute sessions (in person or Zoom)

    • Check-in / processing and homework review

    • Weekly deep-dive

  • Skills practice

  • Homework (worksheets, activities, journaling, etc.)

  • Informational materials and worksheets from sessions

  • 4, 15-minute "urgent/emergent" calls

  • Email/text for support as needed
