How to do it?

Let's break it down into three easy-peasy steps, so you can start reaping the incredible benefits right away:

1️⃣ Find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes.

2️⃣ Inhale through your nose for a count of 5-6 seconds.

3️⃣ Exhale through your nose for a count of 5-6 seconds.

That's it! Repeat this cycle for at least 5 minutes, gradually increasing your practice to 10-20 minutes per day. Remember, consistency is key! 😊🔄
